• We got our start in real estate wholesaling vacant land in Houston and surrounding area (Harris County, Fort Bend County). We have now progressed to wholetailing (closing deals using hard money/short term private loans to immediately resell on the market with minimal renovation or off-market as-is).

•  We also offer Property Dispo to Cash Buyers Services (3k dispo fee @close)to help wholesalers close their deals! We have a process to constantly grow our network of cash investors and sell deals quickly. (Our fee is added as a buyer's price, not % of your assignment!)

• We also offer Transaction Coordinator (TC) Services for Wholesalers ($550 fee as buyer's expense @close)
